The bidder must acknowledge the following: executing a subcontract agreement; having visited the project site and becoming familiar with existing conditions; knowledge of all codes and regulations; studying and finding acceptable all reports and tests; knowledgeable of the of the project; no further examinations or investigations required; aware of the general nature work; and the requirement of giving notice of any conflicts, errors, or ambiguities in plans and specifications.
